B Outbound
Outbound written for one person at a time.
Outbound has a bad name because most of it deserves one. Lists bought by the thousand, a template with a first name dropped in, and a hope that volume covers for care. We work the other way, and we teach your people to do the same.
01 Research first
We read before we write.
Before anyone hears from us, we know why they might care. What their company is working on. What changed in their role or their market. Which of your problems they are likely to own.
If we cannot find a real reason to write to someone, we do not write to them. A smaller list of the right people beats a long list of the wrong ones every time.
02 A human reads it
Every message is checked by a person.
We use good tools to do the research faster. We do not let them decide what goes out. A person on our side reads each message before it leaves and asks one question: would this be welcome if it landed on my desk?
When the answer is no, the message changes or it stays in the drafts.
03 Consent and respect
One word ends it.
Anyone we contact can reply "stop" and we will not write to them again. Not in a different channel, and not under a different name. We keep that list carefully and hand it to you with everything else.
We only contact people in their working role, about their work. Your brand is in every message we send, so we treat it like it is ours.
04 What we write about
Their problem, in their words.
Good outbound talks about the buyer. It names a problem they recognize and offers a useful next step. It does not open with your company history or a list of features.
We test angles, keep what earns replies, and drop what does not. Everything we learn about how your buyers think goes into the playbook you keep.
05 What your people take on
The whole channel, ready to run.
- The research method, written down step by step, with worked examples from your own market.
- The messages and sequences that earned replies, and notes on why the others did not.
- The routine for handling replies, from a quick question to a request for a call.
- People on your side who have done the work with us and can do it without us.
